For small businesses, nonprofits and community groups

Leave Squarespace. Pay a third of what you pay now, or less.

We rebuild your Squarespace site for free, page for page, with the same web addresses. Then one Care Plan covers everything for a fixed yearly price, never more than a third of what you pay now (minimum CA$79 a year). Made for small businesses, nonprofits, clubs, community associations and any group with a simple site.

How it works

Three simple steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your site

Fill in the short form below. We check your site and email you within 2 business days.

  2. 02

    We rebuild it, free

We copy your Squarespace site page for page. Same words, same photos, same web addresses. Faster, and easy to read on a phone.

  3. 03

    Switch over, then Care Plan

Your domain moves to your organization's name with no downtime. After that, one Care Plan covers everything for a fixed yearly price, never more than a third of what you pay now (minimum CA$79 a year).

Your domain

Domain bought through Squarespace? That's normal.

  1. We build your new site and point your domain at it while the domain is still at Squarespace. No downtime.
  2. We transfer the domain to a registrar in your organization's name.
  3. Squarespace emails a transfer code to whoever is listed as the domain contact. We'll ask you who that is.
  4. The transfer finishes on its own in about 5 to 7 days.

The move: a one-time transfer fee paid to the new registrar, the same as one year's renewal at cost (it adds a year, and any time you've already paid Squarespace carries over). After that: one renewal a year at cost, about CA$15 to CA$25. Squarespace stops billing you for the domain.

Please don't change the domain's contact details in Squarespace before we talk. Doing so locks the domain against transfer for 60 days.

The Care Plan

Never more than a third of what you pay now.

  • Hosting
  • SSL (the padlock in the browser)
  • We move your domain into your organization's name and look after its settings
  • Contact and membership forms sent to your email
  • Email forwarding on your domain (for example info@yourorganization.ca to an inbox you already use)
  • Google Search Console setup
  • Small content updates on request, up to 12 a year: an event, a newsletter post, a photo swap, a board list change

The migration is free. No Squarespace subscription is needed after the switch. Your domain and your content stay yours.

Why so much less? Hosting a simple site costs very little today. You pay for us looking after it: updates, forms, domain settings and support. Plus applicable tax (HST), same as Squarespace charges.

Never more than a third of what you pay now (minimum CA$79 a year).

Your Care Plan replaces the Squarespace website plan. Your domain renews at cost, in your name. Paid mailboxes (Google Workspace) are separate.

Even with your domain at cost, most groups pay well under half of what they pay now.

Your domain, at cost. Your domain is renewed at cost, so we never mark it up. Typical: about CA$15 to CA$25 a year for .com, .org or .ca. Rare premium domains cost more; we'll tell you before you switch. Your domain is always registered in your organization's name. Pay the registrar directly, or we add it to your yearly invoice at cost, as its own line. Your choice.

Not sure which range? Most groups on the Basic plan pay about CA$300 to CA$350 with tax and domain, and on the Core plan about CA$450 to CA$500. These are estimates. Check your last invoice.

For reference, Squarespace list prices are Basic CA$252, Core CA$384 and Plus CA$552 a year when billed yearly, or CA$360, CA$540 and CA$708 a year when billed monthly. From squarespace.com/pricing in October 2026, before tax.

Questions

Common questions

How much does the Care Plan cost?

It depends on what you pay Squarespace now. It is never more than a third of that, and never less than CA$79 a year. See the table above for your range. Your domain renews at cost, paid to the registrar in your name (usually about CA$15 to CA$25 a year), paid to the registrar directly or added to your yearly invoice at cost. Plus applicable tax (HST), same as Squarespace charges.

We also pay Squarespace for Google Workspace email. What happens to that?

You can keep your Google Workspace mailboxes; they move to a direct Google account and you keep paying Google for them. If you only need addresses like info@yourorganization.ca that forward to an existing inbox, that's included in the Care Plan.

Will our links break?

No. We keep every old web address working, and we add redirects where we need to. Links in old emails, newsletters and Facebook posts keep working.

Can we still edit the site?

Yes. Send us the change and we make it (up to 12 small updates a year are included). Or we can set you up to edit it yourselves.

What about our domain?

It is always registered in your organization's name, with no downtime. You can pay the registrar directly, or we add it to your yearly invoice at cost, as its own line. Your choice.

We bought our domain through Squarespace. Is that a problem?

No, that's the most common setup. We move your site first so nothing goes down, then transfer the domain to a registrar in your organization's name. See "Domain bought through Squarespace" above for the steps and the cost.

What if we are on Wix or WordPress.com?

Tell us and we will take a look. The free migration offer is for Squarespace sites.

Is the hosting Canadian?

The service and support come from a Canadian small business and you pay in CAD. Your site is served from a global network so it loads fast everywhere.

When should we switch?

Squarespace generally doesn't refund the unused part of a yearly plan, so the best time is a few weeks before your renewal date. The form asks for your renewal month. Tell us the date and we'll plan around it.

How long does it take?

Usually under two weeks.

Do you lock us in?

No. Your domain and your content stay yours. If you leave, we hand you everything.
