Do you service all compressor brands, or only Atlas Copco?

We are an authorised distributor of Atlas Copco and that is what we recommend for most industrial applications — their rotary screw and oil-free machines have the best total cost of ownership we have seen across two decades on the shop floor. That said, our technicians are trained on every major brand sold into Canada, including Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Sullair, Quincy, Gardner Denver and Champion. If you call us in for a breakdown we will fix what you have on site, parts permitting, regardless of brand.

How fast can you respond to an emergency breakdown?

We dispatch a technician within 4 hours for clients across the GTA, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and faster for clients on a service contract. For production-critical installations we stage a backup compressor ahead of time so we can swap it in within hours of a failure, keeping your line running while we diagnose the root cause.

Why is preventive maintenance worth it on a compressor that seems to be running fine?

Compressors quietly degrade. Oil thickens, filters load up, separators saturate, motors run hotter under the same load. By the time a machine is making noise or tripping breakers, you have already paid for the failure in lost capacity, scrapped parts and unscheduled downtime. A well-run preventive program costs less than one emergency call-out per year and typically extends the life of a rotary screw by 30–50%.

What does a typical service contract look like?

Most clients sign up for two or four scheduled visits per year depending on duty cycle, plus 24/7 emergency coverage with guaranteed response times and discounted parts. We start every contract with a free baseline audit — your existing piping, dryers, drains, and current run hours — so the schedule is built around the way you actually use the equipment rather than a generic interval.

Can you help us qualify for Save On Energy or other rebates?

Yes. Ontario offers significant rebates through the Save On Energy Retrofit program for variable-speed-drive (VSD) compressors, heat-recovery, and right-sized replacements. We handle the application paperwork, the metering pre- and post-installation, and the IESO submission. Most of our clients recover 30–45% of project cost through the rebate, and we have never had an application rejected.

Both. We supply the full Atlas Copco lineup — GA rotary screw, ZR/ZT oil-free, blowers, vacuum pumps, dryers and filtration — and we also stock a curated selection of certified pre-owned machines for clients with tighter capex budgets. Every new install comes with on-site commissioning, operator training, and a five-year warranty on the airend.
